Su función y responsabilidades

IBM Consulting is seeking a strategic and innovative AgentForce & Data Cloud Leader to drive the growth and development of our Salesforce practice focusing on AgentForce and Data Cloud solutions. This role will spearhead the creation of a $50 million book of business over the next two years by leveraging IBM's consulting expertise, technological capabilities, and strategic partnership with Salesforce.

 Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to build a $50M AgentForce and Data Cloud business within 24 months

* Lead the advancement of IBM's AgentForce capabilities, harnessing AI-powered agent technology within the Salesforce ecosystem

* Champion the adoption and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, positioning IBM as a premier integration partner

* Strengthen and expand IBM's strategic partnership with Salesforce, with specific focus on emerging AgentForce and Data Cloud opportunities

* Create distinctive IBM assets, accelerators, and methodologies that showcase our unique approach to AgentForce and Data Cloud implementations

* Build and mentor a team of specialized consultants with expertise in AI agents, data unification, and real-time analytics

* Collaborate with IBM Technology teams to develop integrated solutions combining Salesforce platforms with IBM watsonx and other complementary technologies

* Establish thought leadership through innovative points of view on how AgentForce and Data Cloud transform customer experiences and business operations

* 10+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting with demonstrated expertise in Data Cloud and/or AI implementation

* Proven track record of practice building and revenue growth in a consulting environment

* Deep understanding of data integration, customer data platforms, and AI-powered agent technologies

* Experience in developing enterprise-grade data solutions that leverage Salesforce's latest platforms

* Strong history of developing and maintaining executive-level relationships with both clients and Salesforce

* MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
