As an Associate Business Consultant at IBM, you'll work at the intersection of business, technology, and people — helping clients transform how they operate, adapt to market shifts, and realize their strategic vision. You will contribute to both business analysis and structured project delivery, gaining exposure to areas such as Cloud, AI, and digital transformation. In your role, you may be responsible for:
- Supporting project governance, progress tracking, and risk management to ensure effective delivery.
- Conducting requirements analysis, process design, and solution implementation aligned with client objectives.
- Applying IBM Design Thinking and data analysis to identify insights and drive business outcomes.
- Communicating findings and recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders in an agile, collaborative environment.
- Leveraging AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity, in alignment with IBM’s policies and client privacy standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex issues logically.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

- Less than 1 years of full-time working experience; fluent English and Mandarin communication.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
- Understanding of enterprise applications or digital transformation frameworks.
