  • IBM 기술 영업은 소프트웨어 기술 지식을 바탕으로 고객과 비즈니스 파트너에게 제품이나 솔루션을 설명하고, 판매로 이어질 수 있도록  지원하는 역할입니다.
  • 주로 B2B 환경에서 고객의 당면 과제를 파악하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 데모나 제안, PoC(기술 검증)를 수행합니다. 
  • 이를 통해 제품의 가치를 효과적으로 제안하고, 기술적 관점에서 문제 해결 방안을 제시함으로써 사전 영업 단계에서  실질적인 판매, 창출을 위한 활동을 주로 담당합니다.

Su función y responsabilidades

As a Z Hardware Brand Technical Specialist (BTS), you will have extensive technical knowledge to sell Business Unit Technology solutions to clients in order to remove all technical inhibitors to sales opportunities. 

 

Your Role and Responsibilities:

* Support IBM Z customers to realize the value of the IBM Z platform 

* Work closely with customer technical staff and develop relationships as trusted advisor and subject matter expert

* Work closely with IBM Z brand hardware seller to create viable solution designs, and develop attractive proposals

* Support marketing activities such as IBM Think, TechXchange, Z Forum

* Collaborate with the direct IBM systems team and the broader IBM business

* Create and deliver technical presentations including demonstrations, POCs, Customer Education, and Workshops.

* Ability to value sell the technology in a compelling way to teach and challenge clients with a confident and opinionated point of view.

* Infrastructure Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of Infrastructure fundamentals, including Server or Storage or Infrastructure-related technologies. 
* Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Linux and Open source is preferred.
* Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical thinking, and effective communication skills. Ability to collaborate in a team environment and adapt to dynamic situations.
