Your role and responsibilities

【募集概要】

・本ポジションを募集しているチームでは、以下業務を推進しています。

- 先進的なテクノロジー（AR/VR, IoT, Cloudなど）を活用した新しいモバイルソリューションの提案や、それを実現するモバイルアプリとモバイルバックエンドの設計・実装

- お客様のDX推進の要となるモバイルアプリとモバイルバックエンドの設計・実装

【業務内容】

プロジェクトのPMやリーダーと協力して、主に以下の業務を担当していただきます。

・モバイルアプリの設計・実装・テストを行い、アプリ開発チームをリードする。

・モバイルに関連する先進的なテクノロジーの動向を把握し、技術的観点から提案チームを支援する。

 

【具体的な仕事内容】

1） iOS/Androidデバイスを活用して企業ビジネスを効率化、改革するためのソリューション構築

－ソリューション全体の概要設計およびiOS/Androidデバイスとの連携部分の設計

－iOS/Androidアプリ開発およびモバイル・バックエンド・サーバー開発のリード

2） 最先端テクノロジー（人工知能, Analytics, Cloud, など）を活用した新しいモバイル・ソリューションの構築

3） iOS/Androidアプリ開発を伴う企業ビジネス・システムの提案支援

Required technical and professional expertise

・iOSやAndroidアプリを独力で設計・開発・テストできる経験とスキルがある

・Apple App StoreやGoogle Play Store に公開済みのモバイルアプリ、または企業内向けモバイルアプリを複数回開発した実績

・高品質なコードを開発するためのアーキテクチャ、コーディング、テストに関する知識

・Scrum等のAgile開発手法の理解

・フロントエンドから呼びされるバックエンド側のAPIやDBを設計・開発した経験

Preferred technical and professional experience

・Agile開発でのリーダーロールの経験、Scrum Master の経験

・SoRの接続まで含めた知識と経験

・スコープや技術的な課題への対策についてのお客様と交渉、調整能力

・実行可能なプロジェクト計画の作成、チームの進捗管理、課題管理能力

 

【求める人物像】

- アプリを高い生産性と品質で設計・開発できるフルスタック・エンジニア

- 先進的なテクノロジー（人工知能, Analytics, Cloud, など）に興味を持ち、デバイスとこれらの先端技術との組み合わせでお客様に価値を提供したい方

- 業務でのモバイル活用シーンを意識し、ユーザー目線でiOSアプリを活用することで業務に変革をもたらしたい方

- 弊社のグローバルチームとの協業など、国際的視野を持った活動を志す方（アプリ開発プロジェクトにおいては、グローバルのデリバリー・リソースとの協業が前提となる

 

【その他】

- 高い語学力は不要ですが、技術情報を確認するための最低限の英語力は必要です。

- IBM Fellow/IBM Distinguished EngineerなどのエンジニアとしてExecutiveを目指すキャリアパスもあります。

- 若手メンバーも大歓迎です。
