Your role and responsibilities

Work experiences you could be exposed to:

  • Market Dynamics: Immersing yourself in primary research and collaborate with dynamic teams assisting clients in navigating market trends and refining competitive strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Support operational improvement by designing models for a seamless client experience, contributing to heightened efficiency and effectiveness in operational processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support workshops, meetings, and interviews to understand and document requirements collaborating with diverse teams to capture and synthesizing essential information. 
  • Project Exposure: Gain hands on experience shadowing product teams and enterprise-wide data integrations. Contribute to data analytics assessments and actively participate in cloud migration and system implementations across major platforms.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree (Year 2 or 3 preferred) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or Business Administration with IT focus.
  • Core Technical Understanding in basic programming concepts and logic, database fundamentals, basic understanding of business processes, and foundational knowledge of ERP concepts.
  • The candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Has ability to work in teams. Basic project management understanding. Attention to detail
  • Has good written and verbal communication skills (proficient in English). Additional language is a plus.
  • Involve in relevant coursework project and experience with team-based assignments.
  • Has Participation in IT-related clubs or societies. Relevant volunteering experience.


Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of SAP modules.
  • Understanding of data structures and of business process integration.
  • Familiarity with any programming language (Java/Python preferred) and with SAP GUI.
  • Basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Has interest in Enterprise software, Digital transformation, Business process optimization, and Consulting career path.
