In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities
  • An Application Consultant/Azure Engineer specializes in advising clients on application development methodologies and tools, with a focus on Azure-based applications. 
  • They collaborate with senior-level resources to execute projects, involving designing, building, and maintaining cloud environments.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • This role requires expertise in implementing monitoring solutions, such as Operations Management Suite (OMS), Application Insights, and managing configurations using Desired State Configuration (DSC), Chef, or Puppet. 
  • The Azure Cloud Consultant/Engineer ensures uptime, access, control, and network security through automation and configuration management tools.
