As fast growing account with great potential, we are looking for an experience AR Analyst, preferably with RTR background or experience to join our team for 6 months (with option to extend) to support with trade process during transition & stabilization period. This is excellent opportunity to get to know our Client - the world’s leading consumer health and hygiene company with operations in over 60 countries, to enrich your CV with transition experience and upskill yourself within trade process

Your role and responsibilities

-        Validating promotional invoices using external EPOS data & promotional plans set out by Sales

-        Support planning cycle, collaborate with other finance teams and manage compliance and controls projects

-        Business Partnering with Sales & Finance to resolve invoice/accrual queries

-        Managing high volume invoices (200-300PM)

-        Ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting

-        Reviewing audit claims 

-        Raising invoices disputes & following up on credit notes


-        Reconciling Billing VS accrual

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

-        Fluent English required, other European language nice to have

-        Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, SAP & HRC

-        Have worked with general ledger and reporting systems

-        Thrive under pressure and hit tight deadlines

-        Have a close attention to detail and your analytical mindset means you spot things others miss

-        Most importantly, you’re an excellent communicator, willing to share your views and influence others using facts and data.

-        Excel experience is required
