In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality integrations for SuccessFactors' suite of products using CPI. 
  • Collaborate with Cross functional team and understand the Business Requirement, technical details and develop solutions that meet customer needs. Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.  
  • Work on CPI to develop interface objects as per the customer specifications. 
  • Responsible for unit testing and integration testing. 
  • Responsible for third party interactions and resolving any technical issues with the CPI interfaces. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CPI application development. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and SuccessFactors product roadmap. 
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Required education

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Experience with developing drag and drop screens, update and download screens, registration screens
