In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
The role of this professional is to support to the leadership of IBM's procurement outsourcing project, performing work on IBM clients' websites (IGUA).
- Sense of responsibility, ethics, discipline, process orientation and people engagement;
- Involvement of purchase order-to-payment processes, including contracts, SAP/Ariba (electronic auction), supplier evaluation, stakeholder relationship and process monitoring with a strong sense of delivering results;
- Support in the management and structuring of individual and departmental performance indicators - KPI, savings and project management;
- Kraljic matrix seeking the best strategy for each type of product;
- Monitoring of purchasing processes following the standards defined by the Compliance area;
- Consolidation of suppliers for synergy of activities;
- Purchasing Infrastructure, equipment and materials to meet the contracting of civil works that will meet the expansion plan of IBM customers;
- Development of new suppliers.
