In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

What does Master Internship@IBM CIC offer you?
The Master@IBM program offers a unique opportunity to combine professional work experience with a part-time master’s degree at a university of your choice in Switzerland. This 2-3 year program provides hands-on experience in consulting within the insurance industry, a competitive salary, and the chance to write your master's thesis in collaboration with IBM.
Who Should Apply:
- Students who have completed or will complete their bachelor's degree and plan to start a master’s program in 2025. Preferred work start date is February/March 2025.
- Preferred fields of study: STEM or Business Administration with a technical focus.
- Fluent in both English and German.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive work ethic, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and project management.
- Strong presentation skills and adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
As part of the IBM Consulting Insurance team, you will:
- Support client projects by preparing presentations, conducting research, and facilitating workshops.
- Contribute to business development activities, including creating proposals and client presentations.
- Assist with thought leadership, client events, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams such as architects, developers, and solution experts to design and implement solutions for clients.
- Engage in educational and leadership training events, as well as networking opportunities designed specifically for Master’s students.
