As Accounts Receivable Analyst you will be a part of OTC Team supporting Canadian market. You will be responsible for Dispute Management and supporting Customer Service process.
Dispute management:
· Managing national and small format accounts for the Canadian market
· Dispute creation in S4 Hana
· Dispute clearings in S4 Hana
· Attending regular meetings with the client
· Rebate calculation for small format accounts
Customer service:
· Supporting customer service line in French
· Customer Service spa box management and replying to clients’
e-mails
· Readiness to work in Canadian time (14-22 at least twice a week)
· Fluent English and French languages
· O2C experience
