Your role and responsibilities

As a Digital Sales Specialist you'll become a trusted go-to expert. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team – advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the critically important early phases of the sales cycle, and helping to lead prospects to our award winning cloud solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Forecasting and Deal Closures: Predict deal closures by understanding client buying cycles and communicating forecasts effectively.
  • Up/Cross-Selling: Help your team identify up/cross-sell opportunities within your territory.
  • New Business Campaigns: Activate targeted new business campaigns with IBM Marketing and Sales leadership.
  • Collaborative Solutions: Collaborate to create use-cases and proofs of concept in response to client RFIs.
  • Compelling Presentations: Present compelling high-level value propositions to clients.
Required education
High School Diploma/GED
Required technical and professional expertise

 

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Arabic or Turkish
  • Consultative Sales Experience: Experience in consultative tech sales for complex use-cases.
  • Digital Sales Tools: Proficient in digital sales tools such as phone, CRM, social media, and email.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and achieving business results.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Market Knowledge: Possess market knowledge to serve as a trusted client advisor (training on IBM's Products offerings will be provided).
