• The candidate would be a part of the team which will be supporting procurement of a global client for multiple countries.
• Purchase requisition processing for Business and Sourcing teams
• Contracts review, Logins, Activations, Queries on contracts
• Update the contracts as per suppliers and Sourcing terms
• Prepare Reports as and when requested or for monthly governance
• Additional support for any of the new projects
• Track and report supplier related issues in conjunction with Business, AP and Sourcing Managers
• Identify any exception opportunities to the Sourcing Managers and make recommendations on PO and Contracts
• Interact with parallel organizations in other geo’s to assure consistent global approach
• Act in compliance with all relevant IBM business conduct guidelines and client driven procurement processes
• Liaise with Account payable, Supplier master for any supplier related queries to provide resolution.
• Ensure prioritization and deliverables are timely throughout the engagement process.
• Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents.
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager.
• Ensure Customer and Stakeholders Satisfaction
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Procurement domain
• Procurement experience with technical mindset on PR to PO process
• Experience in performing duties as Operations Buyer for Global Organizations
• The operations buyers will perform activities to Client preferred and IBM sourced vendors
• Apply analytical skills, good coordination skills, collaboration/teaming techniques
