Main Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring payment deadlines are met.
• Use tools such as Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and SAP to analyze financial data and optimize processes.
• Resolve issues related to overdue payments or disputes while maintaining effective communication with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in transaction records.
• Provide excellent customer service, strengthening long-term business relationships.
Academic Background:
• Technologist or recent undergraduate degree in:
• Business Administration.
• Public Accounting.
• SENA Technologist in Accounting, Administration, or Accounting Assistant.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in intermediate Excel (pivot tables, basic and advanced formulas).
• Knowledge of accounting and financial systems (experience with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable).
Experience:
• Previous experience in portfolio management, accounts receivable, or related areas (desirable).
Soft Skills:
• Ability to solve problems efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Teamwork and interpersonal relationship management skills.
Experience with SAP: Knowledge of this system is highly valued but not mandatory.
Portfolio Management: Previous experience in managing and monitoring accounts receivable will be a plus to stand out in the process.
Customer Service: Proven skills in customer care and issue resolution to strengthen business relationships.
