Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring payment deadlines are met.
- Use tools such as Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and SAP to analyze financial data and optimize processes.
- Resolve issues related to late payments or disputes, maintaining effective communication with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in recording transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, strengthening long-term business relationships.
Academic background:
- Technologist or recent undergraduate degree in:
- Business Administration.
- Public Accounting.
- SENA Technologist in Accounting, Administration or Accounting Assistant.
Technical skills:
- Intermediate Excel handling (pivot tables, basic and advanced formulas).
- Knowledge in accounting and financial systems (desirable experience with SAP or other ERP).
Experience:
- Previous experience in portfolio management, accounts receivable or related areas (desirable).
Soft skills:
- Ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SAP: Knowledge of SAP is highly valued, but not indispensable.
- Portfolio Management: Previous experience in accounts receivable management and follow-up will be a plus to excel in the process.
- Customer Service: Proven skills in attending and resolving inquiries to strengthen business relationships.
