In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our online store, including product merchandising, pricing and promotional campaigns, and developing strategies to convert free trials into paid subscriptions while driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will also lead efforts to enhance thecustomer journey, scale digital commerce across global markets and introduce innovation that elevates the buying experience, This is a high-impact role for a seasoned eCommerce professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about using data to tell compelling stories and drive business outcomes.
1. eCommerce Strategy & Execution
- Lead the global eCommerce strategy for B2B SaaS offerings, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Own the online store experience, including product merchandising, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and execute strategies to convert free trials into paid subscriptions and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
2. Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
- Partner with CIO, Sales, Demand Strategy, Media and Web teams to align on revenue goals and digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize post-purchase nurture and retention programs.
- Team with global eCommerce teams to ensure scalability and optimize performance across geographies.
3. Platform & Technology Management
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of eCommerce and web platforms, including Adobe AEM and SAP Commerce.
- Ensure seamless integration between content, commerce, and analytics systems.
Data & Performance Analytics
Use data to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and measure performance across the eCommerce funnel.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders through compelling storytelling and visualization.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in eCommerce, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving online revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Deep expertise in eCommerce platforms such as Adobe AEM and SAP Commerce.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into business strategy.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics and/or Segment.
- Experience with A/B testing, personalization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
