* The Salesforce (SFDC) Architect will work as a subject matter expert with deep technical expertise in salesforce as well as deep industry expertise.
* The Solution Architect has system-wide responsibility on complex, integrated projects, leveraging knowledge of application development methodologies and other technologies to produce comprehensive solutions and provide direction for entire programs, projects or project teams.
* Experience in architecting solutions for different Salesforce Cloud (Marketing, Sales, Service, Community, etc) implementation and integration projects & proposals. Solution design experience to comprise of but not limited to Data modeling, data migration strategy, high level solution design, integration approach, low level design for complex requirements.
* Ability to create high level design document
* An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, visual and impactful manner.
* Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-orientated environment.
* Deep domain experience in one of the following areas would be beneficial (FSS, Manufacturing, CPG/Retail)
* Experience in Salesforce strategy, roadmap design, crafting a technical proposal and responding to RFIs and RFPs. * Experience in developing high-level architecture design of current and future state solution based on business requirements and value propositions.
* Minimum 8 years of Salesforce experience consisting of both business and technical solution experience in solutioning and leading large Salesforce cloud implementation programs.
* Excellent communication (written and oral), storytelling, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent leadership and management skills.
* Should be able to lead solutioning and architecture track for implementation projects including large deals; meet customer face to face to convince on proposed solution and architecture.
* Experience of working for Indian clients is mandatory
* Experience in industry clouds like consumer goods cloud will be preferred
