About the Opportunity
As a Junior ServiceNow Developer, you will work on the development, configuration and maintenance of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, collaborating on Workflows, Service Catalogs, integrations via REST API and business rules automation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to specialize in one of the most prominent platforms in the IT market, participating in projects that impact large companies and improving their technical and business skills.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop and configure Workflows and Service Catalogs in ServiceNow;
• Implement integrations using REST API;
• Create and maintain Business Rules for process automation;
• Participate in ITSM projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams;
• Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions aligned with best practices; • Perform tests, document solutions and support users in using the platform.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, especially Workflows, Service Catalog and Business Rules;
- Experience or interest in integrations via REST API;
- Experience in ITSM projects desirable;
- Ability to work in a team, good communication skills and willingness to learn;
- Technical English for reading documentation.
- ServiceNow certification (ITSM, Application Developer or similar);
- Previous experience in script development (JavaScript);
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
