Your role and responsibilities

IBM iX/Business Applications is an organization that realizes digital transformation from the customer's perspective.

We combine our extensive global business transformation consulting and experience design expertise with cutting-edge technology assets to lead the transformation of client companies seeking to deliver the best customer experience.

At IBM iX, we are looking for executives, project managers and consultants who can lead our enterprise digital transformation projects.

Required education
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

Business level of Japanese

Experience in CX domain concept development

Knowledge of multiple solutions (EC, CMS, MA, CDP, CRM, BI, etc.)

Experience in designing CX architectures that encompass multiple solutions

Experience in system implementation as project management/lead architect

Experience in business creation through collaboration with global resources

Preferred technical and professional experience

Ability to think logically

English communication skills (intermediate or above)

Leadership skills

Experience in consulting projects in the digital marketing domain
