- Drive the adoption of Multi cloud Software Platform (MCSP) across all IBM Software products, across multiple cloud providers viz. IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP across all global regions.
Responsible for enabling product onboarding onto Multi-cloud Infrastructure deployment using automation (cluster, storage, network, observability, security, CISO/BISO, add-ons, drivers, etc.,) across AWS, IBM Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
- As a trusted advisor and a single point of contact/advocate to key customers, ensure their requirements are prioritized and delivered based on committed deadlines.
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction, and engineering responsiveness for customer reported issues ensuring high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Collaborate with various cross functional product development groups within IBM and outside, like RedHat, Amazon and Microsoft to plan and ensure their product/cloud services integration into IBM multi cloud platform.
- Responsible for enabling and onboarding SaaS offerings that comply with security and compliance certifications like SOC2, FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPAA, MSAC and others.
- Overall 15+ years of Software industry experience.
- Proven Software Design and Development Expertise: Showcase a deep understanding and expertise in software design and development practices, coupled with an instinctually curious, self-motivated, and collaborative approach.
- Strategic Collaboration across Engineering and Product Management: Bring a wealth of experience in working closely with product management and engineering teams, actively contributing to the strategic direction and shaping of software platform products.
- Cloud-Centric Deployment Proficiency: Display proficiency in managing applications deployed in complex environments, specifically showcasing expertise in navigating challenges associated with multiple and hybrid cloud locations.
- Results-Driven Leadership: Showcase a track record of providing results-driven leadership especially in cross brand, cross functional and interdependent organizations and products.
- Proven Customer Success/Advocacy Expertise: Wealth of experience in customer facing roles, with specific focus to manage and provide product best practices to key
strategic and mega enterprise customers. Trusted advisor to key stakeholders including customer executives, CxO offices, Line of Business leaders and IT Directors.
- Experience with maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and be able to influence up-sell and cross-sell within accounts, driving relationships at every level internally and externally to advocate technology solutions and drive change.
