Within the scope of the 3-4 year Bachelor@IBM program, we offer valuable professional experience in the area of a Sales department, which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the bachelor study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The duration of studies depends on the respective university and is between three and four years. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your bachelor's degree. Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination. You will also write your bachelor's thesis in collaboration with your department.Who are we looking for?

What can you expect from this position?
As Bachelor@IBM Sales you will be part of the of the Software Sales team and support our 'Go To Market' model for direct and indirect sales of IBM's strategic software products. This means you will be able to work with new and emerging technologies with a focus on Business Automation solutions. You will work closely with our Sales Team, TechSales Team, Product Offering Team to drive sales strategies for the Swiss market. You will also engage with clients to support IBM Sales teams to develop a compelling value proposition aligned to customer needs and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market and Customer Intelligence Support; Support sales teams with activities such as market research, customer and prospect profiling, as well as industry and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Sales Operations Support; Assist with day-to-day sales operations, including process optimization, reporting, CRM management, and coordination between sales and other business cross-functions.
• Event Planning and Execution; Provide support in the planning, coordination, and execution of customer-facing events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing customer engagement.
• Sales Management Support; Support sales leadership and management with performance tracking, pipeline analysis, target setting, and other strategic and administrative tasks to drive sales effectiveness.
