In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Consultants to join our team. As a Microsoft Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering Microsoft solutions to our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise in Microsoft technology will enable you to configure, test, and deploy Microsoft solutions, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement Microsoft solutions that meet clients' business needs * Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs * Configure, test, and deploy Microsoft solutions, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing systems * Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft solutions * Develop and maintain knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Microsoft solutions

Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

* Strong understanding of Microsoft technology and products (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 with PowerPlatform) * Experience in designing, implementing, and delivering Microsoft solutions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with Agile project management methodologies 

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Microsoft certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate) * Experience with Microsoft Cloud services (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365) * Experience with Microsoft on-premise solutions (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Business Central) * Experience with other related technologies (e.g. .NET, Java, SQL) * Power Platform Developer Associate
