Your role and responsibilities

As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on job experience while exploring potential career paths for your future. You’ll have access to an extensive range of learning opportunities and certifications to enhance your digital profile, including topics like Design Thinking, Agile Delivery, Generative AI, Change Management. Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • A keen interest in IT and HR business processes, along with a foundational understanding of both.
  • Strong communication skills with an effective and engaging style.
  • Proficiency in time management and change management.
  • A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new concepts rapidly.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and a strong team collaborator.
  • Exceptional analytical, facilitation, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • A keen interest in IT and HR business processes, along with a foundational understanding of both.
