Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and mentor a dedicated team of post silicon validation engineers
- Strong people management skills – Build the right team culture with emphasis on diversity and inclusion, coach and mentor the team and help them with their career development
- Result oriented – Drive for results by following a problem through to its conclusion and not merely finding the boundary of your responsibility.
- Define, plan, and drive schedules for post silicon memory bring up enablement, validation, compliance and tools support activities
- Work with Architects, Development and Validation teams to effectively plan the validation activities.
- Defining cross functional ownership and managing membership and effective performance of the core team
- Report regularly on status, decisions, issues, etc. to Engineering and Business leadership
- Create, drive and report on team execution metrics
- Manage multiple external vendor engagements for Memory.
- Support senior management to drive execution excellence, tracking & reporting of key metrics
- BTech / MTech in Micro Electronics / VLSI / CS and technical background in semiconductor industry with 5 years hands on technical work, 5 years of program and people management experience and an overall industry experience of 12+ years
- Experience leading Post Silicon Validation teams and activities
Preferred Experience
- Engineering degree in Computer science / Electrical / Electronics & Communications with 12-15 years of industry experience
- End to End knowledge of Silicon bring up to Production phases
- Managed external vendor engagements
- Handling of cross functional engagements
- Ability to network, build relationships, and drive effective decision-making across multiple functions and levels within the organization
- Highly organized, able to prioritize, and juggle multiple work streams to tight deadlines
- Flexible working schedule to manage global (Asia and North America) program execution teams
- Experience using project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
