6-10+ years of experience in product, operations, design, strategy, or a related cross-functional leadership role
Proven experience supporting or working closely with senior leaders in high-growth or complex organizations
Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives and driving operational improvements across multiple functions
Experience working within or adjacent to product, design, and engineering organizations
Familiarity with product development processes and organizational planning cycles (OKRs, roadmaps, reviews, etc.)
Exceptional ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous, fast-moving situations
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable communication
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong bias for execution and accountability
Skilled at identifying bottlenecks and designing scalable systems, processes, and rhythms
Comfortable driving initiatives without direct authority through influence, trust, and cross-functional coordination
Excellent interpersonal skills; builds trust quickly with a wide range of stakeholders
