As a ServiceNow IRM Consultant, you will be responsible for leveraging the ServiceNow platform to design, implement, and optimize Integrated Risk Management solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their risk management requirements and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet those needs.
Primary responsibilities include:
Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with clients to understand their Integrated Risk Management requirements.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed business and technical requirements.
ServiceNow Configuration
- Customize the ServiceNow platform to implement IRM modules, including Risk Management Policy and Compliance and Audit Management.
- Configure workflows forms and dashboards to streamline risk management
***Candidates local to the DMV area will be required to work onsite in the Reston, VA office Monday-Thursday.
- At least 7 years of ServiceNow configuration experience
- Must be able to conduct a thorough analysis of as-is business processes and work with stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and end-users to produce requirements.
- Ability to lead and participate in agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, product demos, and backlog refinement.
- Ability to communicate (both orally and written) effectively to various audiences
