The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architecture and design of ServiceNow for Federal agencies. You will provide subject matter expertise, guide developers, and provide hands-on development and configuration of ServiceNow while also supporting platform improvements and modernization. You will work closely with Business Process Consultants and other Technical Architects in agile teams to deliver capabilities within ServiceNow.
You will:
- Identify opportunities for improvement within existing service operations and core propositions related to ServiceNow.
- Play a key role in the sales cycle by delivering demos, preparing presentations to clients and designing solution architecture.
- Proactively bring thought leadership and business outlook to effectively address client issues/demands related to ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and management of ServiceNow project delivery.
***Candidates local to the DMV area will be required to work onsite in the Reston, VA office Monday-Thursday.
- Extensive experience in IT Service Management, IRM, GRC, Project handling, Process & ServiceNow Technical Consulting and platform implementation.
- Around 5+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XML/JSON
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, GRC, IRM
- Strong experience in ServiceNow integration projects with external system of record applications (ex : Workday, SAP, 3rd party ticketing tools, procurement systems etc.)
- Experience in leading ServiceNow platform upgrade projects, support and health.
