The SAP RTR (Record‑to‑Report) GL Analyst will support the design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of SAP General Ledger processes within the broader RTR workstream. This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining integrity across financial postings, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant, and scalable solutions. The analyst will act as a subject‑matter expert for GL functionality, helping translate business requirements into system capabilities that support organizational financial operations.

 

Your role and responsibilities

The SAP RTR GL Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP GL functionality, and supporting end‑to‑end RTR processes such as period close, reconciliations, intercompany, and financial reporting. The analyst will collaborate closely with finance teams, technical teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to design solutions, document functional specifications, and support integration across modules such as AP, AR, AA, MM, and CO. Additional responsibilities include supporting testing cycles, resolving system issues, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance financial processes and system performance.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
