In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Brand Technical Specialist you’ll be the go-to subject matter expert, collaborating with colleagues across the wider Sales team - advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the entire sales process. Your primary responsibilities will include: Client Strategy Development: Develop client strategies for IBM Cloud infrastructure and applications. Solution Definition: Define compatible IBM Cloud solutions. Proof of Concept Creation: Provide proof of concepts and simplify complex technical concepts for client understanding. Stakeholder Relationship Building: Build credibility and trust with stakeholders to facilitate the closing of complex Cloud technology deals.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), with strong skills in system customizing, RFUI configuration, external mobile application integration, and end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize EWM solutions integrated with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PM, and TM, as well as advanced production processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions aligned with business and operational requirements.
• Perform system customizing for warehouse structure, storage types, work centers, process types, and warehouse order creation rules.
• Implement and optimize RFUI setups, including development of custom screens and mobile transaction flows.
• Design and manage integration with external mobile scanning applications using APIs, OData, or SAP BTP middleware.
• Support integration between EWM and SAP TM (Transportation Management) and ASR (Advanced Shipping & Receiving).
• Manage inventory and warehouse execution processes, including inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, and physical inventory.
• Integrate EWM with SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) modules to enable seamless business operations.
• Support Advanced Production Integration (EWM–PP) scenarios such as staging, consumption, and backflush.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers for functional specifications and custom developments.
• Conduct end-user training, UAT sessions.
• Document functional designs, process flows, and configuration details according to project standards.
