In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on SAP CRM projects and provide production support.
• Design, develop, and support applications and solutions in SAP CRM.
• Develop Web Dynpro and CRM Web UI components.
• Implement and maintain interfaces using BAPIs, SAP OData, SOAP services, and ABAP proxy.
• Perform debugging and provide analytical solutions for system issues.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Required Skills:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP CRM ABAP in both projects and production support environments.
• Hands-on experience in Web Dynpro & CRM Web UI development.
• Expertise in BAPIs, SAP OData, SOAP services, and ABAP proxy.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
Good to Have:
• Exposure to the North American banking domain, account origination and other related processes.
• Experience in SAP Fiori development.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA development.
• Experience with HANA Cloud & SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
