Introduction

In this role, you'll work within Quote to Cash Team, where we provide sales support to our clients.  Enabling IBM and IBMers to win by providing valuable end-to-end sales support and cash collection, innovating and simplifying how we do work to deliver with speed and quality, and constantly improving our skills to adapt to the needs of the future.

Your role and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

To take ownership of the development lifecycle of automating processes: Define, Develop, Deploy and Hypercare Support for automation opportunities

Maintenance of implemented tools

Owners during test phases and UAT to test, debug and overcome issues (Resolving Application Errors)

Change Management Request Support

Create Documentation on Completed/Deployed Solutions

Create and Document Test Procedures and Scenarios

Support Operational Teams

Conduct Enablement Sessions as needed (ex.Botcamps)

Participate in Daily Stand-ups, Planning Sessions, Design Thinking, etc.

Qualifications:

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science or similar area

Experience with one or more general programming languages including but not limited to: VBA, Python, or JavaScript

Experience with IBM RPA, watsonx technology is a plus

Experience working with Web Application Development and Machine Learning would be an asset

Accuracy and attention to details

Strong communication skills - looking for an individual with high drive and demeanor to succeed

Ability to manage multiple demands on time, working with cross functional, virtual and international teams

Capable of establishing and delivering on multiple competing priorities and can work independently

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects

Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed

Team Player with an optimistic can-do attitude

Which skills are must haves?

 Please make sure to list 3-5 'must have' requirements since this is what the candidates will initially be screened against, e.g.

Experience : Minimum 2-3 years each

Must have technical/programming skills :

Python (Django/Flask),

DB: RDBMS(postgres, mysql), NoSQL (couchdb)

Git version tool : git, gitlabs

DevOps : Knowledge on Jenkins or Travis

Security : Knowledge on SSO,LDAP, SSL/TLS

Good to have:

AI: GenAI, Prompt Engineering

Front end : Angular or ReactJS

Cloud-engineering : Azure,AWS (this will make sure, they will be able to cope-up ibm-cloud too)

Bonus:

AWS Associate or Azure Associate certificates

IBM RPA, watsonx technologies
