- As a Quality Assurance Representative this experienced professional position is for the Expert Labs Operations Quality Assurance team.
- In this position, he/she will work to produce Expert Labs contracts.
- The individual we seek must have working knowledge of terms, conditions, practices, corporate policies and procedures, organizational structure, mission, basic legal, financial, tax functions required to ensure responsiveness to customer requirements.
- All complex contracts require review before registration.
- Adaptable and flexible to work environment including, but not limited to, working overtime, as business needs may require, handling multiple tasks concurrently, and easily adapting to new assignments; produce clear, concise, accurate written communication, to management, and customers; maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers displaying willingness to understand diverse points of view; assume ownership of assignments.
- Position allows individual the ability to work from office and home.
- Must be fluent in Japanese to understand the contract paper, Legal/Finance and other reviews written in Japanese and communicate with customer (IBM Internal) in Japanese.
- Need to work in Japan time zone.
- Japanese JLPT N2-N1: Advanced skills
- Associate's Degree/College Diploma
- Basic knowledge of IBM Finance, Legal and Tax
- At least 1 year experience in Skill with Microsoft Office products
- At least 1 year experience in Clear written & verbal communications skills
- At least 1 year experience in Successful at teaming to accomplish goals
- At least 1 year experience in Familiarity with Services projects & contracts
- At least 1 year experience in Ability to multitask; Tenacious ownership of issues & problems
- At least 1 year experience in Contributes to positive work environment
- Fluent in English
