In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
· Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements for product development
· Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including content and schedule planning for software releases.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions.
· Manage project risks and implement mitigating strategies
· Act as the main point of contact between customers and the project team to ensure clear communication.
· Monitor and improve the quality of software deliverables and customer satisfaction.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
· Proven experience working with Scrum methodologies.
· Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
· Strong understanding of Agile principles and project lifecycle.
· Excellent organizational and planning skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
· Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
· Customer-oriented mindset.
· Fluency in German is mandatory.
· Experience working with international teams
· Knowledge of additional Agile frameworks or project management tools.
· Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
