As a Project Manager in the ADM (Application Development and Maintenance) domain, you will lead cross-functional teams and oversee projects from planning through completion. Your role is to ensure project success by balancing quality, cost, and delivery timelines, all while aligning with the client’s business requirements and contractual obligations.
In addition, this position offers the unique opportunity to take on new challenges while based in a regional area. You can develop your skills in areas of interest and also participate in community contribution activities—enabling you to make a broad impact as a project manager.
- Practical experience as a Project Manager in IT development or application maintenance
- Proven track record in managing project scope, cost, and schedule
- Experience leading teams through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (such as PMBOK, Agile) and related tools
- Understanding of PMBOK is mandatory
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders
- Management experience in large-scale or global projects
- Experience negotiating and managing relationships with external vendors
- Experience in application operation and maintenance projects
- Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Possession of project management certifications such as PMP
