We are looking for a highly motivated contract Product Manager to lead and drive the infrastructure strategy of our iPaaS (IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration) solution. This role focuses on building and scaling our SaaS infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and OpenShift, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and compliance across global deployments.
As the Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering teams across the globe, collaborating across DevOps, cloud operations, security, and platform development to deliver a reliable and enterprise-grade infrastructure foundation.
- Own the product roadmap for the iPaaS platform’s infrastructure layer, including deployment automation, scalability, and cloud architecture.
- Define product requirements and work with engineering teams to execute and deliver features across AWS, Azure, and OpenShift environments.
- Prioritise and manage infrastructure enhancements, customer-driven requirements, security/compliance initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with platform and security architects to meet SLAs, compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, FedRAMP), and industry best practices.
- Interface regularly with engineering leads and stakeholders across the US, Europe and India to ensure alignment and momentum across time zones.
- Support release planning and go-to-market efforts for infrastructure capabilities.
- Monitor platform health, usage patterns, and performance metrics to inform roadmap decisions.
- Act as the voice of infrastructure users (internal teams) in defining and refining platform capabilities.
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on platform/infrastructure in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, especially AWS, Azure, and OpenShift.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps concepts.
- Proven ability to collaborate across geographically distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and the ability to make trade-offs under constraints.
- Experience working with or in enterprise environments, ideally in regulated or secure sectors (e.g., healthcare, government, finance).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working with Aha and Jira
- Experience in iPaaS, middleware, or enterprise integration platforms.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP) and secure cloud operations.
- Familiarity with enterprise customer needs around data residency, multi-cloud, and hybrid deployments.
