1. Project Delivery (Implementation & Roll-out):
Lead the design and implementation of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) / FM (Funds Management) solutions across full project lifecycle.
Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
Configure SAP FI modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting.
Configure SAP FM components: Budget Structure, Budgeting, Commitment/Actual Management, and integration with Grant Management (if applicable).
Ensure proper integration with related modules (CO, MM, SD, PS).
Perform end-to-end testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT).
Develop and deliver training for key users and end users.
Support cutover planning, data migration, and go-live activities.
2. Support (AMS – Application Management Services):
Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP FI and FM modules post-implementation.
Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues in a timely manner.
Identify root causes and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
Handle minor enhancements and configuration changes as per business needs.
Collaborate with ABAP developers for technical changes and custom developments.
Prepare and maintain documentation: functional specs, test scripts, user guides, and configuration documents.
Advise users on SAP best practices and propose process improvements.
Deep knowledge of SAP FI & FM processes and configuration.
Experience in public sector or government financial operations is a plus.
Familiarity with S/4HANA is an advantage.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
SAP Certification is a plus
