Your role and responsibilities
Job Summary

The SAP FICO Consultant is responsible for the configuration, design, implementation, and support of the SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in business process analysis, system configuration, and end-user training and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand business requirements related to finance and controlling processes.

  • Design, configure, test, and implement SAP FI/CO solutions (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PC, CO-PA, etc.).

  • Perform gap analysis and create functional specifications for custom developments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, HCM).

  • Support period-end closing activities and troubleshoot financial issues.

  • Work closely with end-users and provide training and documentation.

  • Assist with SAP upgrades, migrations, and new implementations (S/4HANA preferred).

  • Participate in internal and external audits by providing required data and reports.

 
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.

  • Strong knowledge of business processes in finance and controlling.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with integration points with MM, SD, and HR modules.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
