In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate their unique challenges and opportunities in human capital management. Your primary responsibility is to understand their business requirements and develop innovative Oracle HCM solutions that optimise processes, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their strategic priorities, business requirements, and challenges in human capital management.
- Develop and present tailored Oracle HCM solutions, encompassing Oracle HCM Cloud, Core HR, Oracle Compensation Workbench, and Oracle Talent Management modules.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
- Provide expert-level support and training to end-users.
- Stay current with Oracle HCM updates, best practices, and emerging trends in human capital management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labour regulations and data privacy standards.
- Strong commercial experience in Oracle HCM Consulting or similar roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Compensation Workbench, and Oracle Talent Management functionalities and configurations.
- Strong understanding of human capital management processes, best practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
