Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Managing Consultant, Consulting Services to join our team. In this role, you will identify opportunities for
bid submissions, conduct research, write and edit proposals, developing client relationships, providing
consulting proposals, and collaborate with other team members to ensure bid security. Ideal candidates
will have a thorough understanding of Oracle ERP application, consulting services, and related business
processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sales initiatives across designated regions and clients.
• Builds relationships with clients and acts as trusted advisor for key decision makers.
• Directs, owns and executes business strategy for client accounts and Oracle outreach.
• Develops business insight of customer’s business processes, infrastructure and IT landscape.
• Identifies new opportunities for consulting services.
• Handles complete sales process including preparing Statement of Work, presenting solutions and
managing signoffs of legal documents.
• Manages client expectations throughout the project ensuring quality of delivery.
• Assists project teams with change orders and project updates.
• Oracle Sales activities including:
o Alignment with overlay and account managers at Oracle Corporation.
o Collaborates on Sales strategy and execution as partner to Oracle account managers.
o Brings value to partnership with Oracle counterparts and establishes credibility.
o Identifies and executes demand generation activities with Oracle.
o Keeps Oracle current on company offerings through communication with Oracle
counterparts.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

• Previous consulting experience in Oracle Applications, and/or cloud products.
• Expert understanding of Oracle Applications.
• Experience with delivering high impact solutions and developing trusted advisor relationship with
customers.
• Strong demonstrated sales acumen with sales or pre-sales experience.
• Leadership skills in matrixed account team environment.
• Execution presence with strong communication skills.
• Must have 10+ years of Oracle implementations total
o If EBS / Oracle On-Prem - Oracle Demantra, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning
(ASCP).
o If Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle Demand Management, Oracle Supply Planning Cloud
and other SCM modules.
o Oracle Supply Chain Collaboration Cloud, Oracle Sales & Operations Planning Cloud
are a plus.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.


This position is eligible for participation in an IBM Sales Incentive plan. Actual incentive opportunity will be based on performance and the eligible Target Incentive, as addressed in the applicable plan, all of which is subject to change. The compensation range listed for this position is the IBM Reference Salary that is used when you are not actively participating in a sales plan. Your actual base pay plus incentive opportunity will be determined by the Incentive Plan assigned to you.
