Provide leadership, manage, and be the voice of Print@IBM for assigned countries, including:
Addressing the print needs of assigned countries in compliance with global standards and goals.
Planning and implementing portfolio changes in alignment with global strategy, managing details within the scope of the bigger picture across Print@IBM and CIO-TPT.
Interlocking the portfolio strategy, plans, and projects with stakeholders, including suppliers, Key Users, Global Real Estate, Network Engineering, and country and site leadership, negotiating changes and addressing change implications in alignment with CIO-TPT and corporate IT Security standards.
Providing guidance to supplier technicians and Key Users in the planning and performance of portfolio changes in assigned countries.
Taking guidance from the global Print@IBM Product Owner and Solutions Architect to deliver the local portfolio in alignment with IBM standards and strategy.
Delivering customer care excellence to end users to enable high level of productivity, addressing escalations in alignment with policy and situational critical thinking. Drive customer care automation in partnership with the broader Print@IBM team, AskIT, and AskIBM. Address escalations at all levels engaging management as needed.
Handling confidential information with great care, e.g.: site closure or consolidation plans as shared by Global Real Estate or others. Use data only in the delivery of the Print@IBM portfolio.
Implementing projects in your assigned country in alignment with IBM, TPT, and Print@IBM strategy, plans, OKRs, KPIs, including broad device refresh planning, site closures, site consolidations, new sites, including those resulting from acquisitions and divestitures.
Achieving OKRs and KPI parameters, e.g.: enabling cost reduction, enabling portfolio right-sizing, etc.

Technical and Professional Expertise
1 year or more product ownership or asset management experience
Working across countries and cultures – embracing diversity to achieve goals
Experience in, and knowledge of the print or asset management industry
Relationship management with suppliers and cross-functional teams
Language proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
Problem solving and ability to work with all business levels, including country GMs
