In this role, you will help to memorialize and evangelize the work of a portfolio of these billion-dollar Offerings within a Service Line. Working under the strategic direction of the Service Line Leader and Offering Leaders and their Offering Managers, you will drive adoption of the Offering portfolio through the creation of compelling messaging, campaigns, and enablement. By building effective working relationships with Product Marketing, Service Line teams, and cross-organizational partners, you will also help to execute upon the adoption strategy for the Offerings within the Service Line.
This role requires the proven ability to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across a variety of platforms, tailoring them to different use cases and targeting opportunities. As such, you must have experience leveraging market automation tools to develop, execute, and track successful campaigns. The ability to leverage and integrate generative AI tools and capabilities into your work products is essential.
This role supports Offering target identification and pipeline activation. Your portfolio of responsibilities will span the design and execution of campaigns and sales plays with Strategic Sales, the production of Wow Stories (our "director’s commentary" on particularly successful past engagements), the coordination of Offering enablement with Learning & Knowledge, the development of go-to-market and sales components in the Offering Kit, and direct engagement with account teams.
- Design and execute targeted campaigns to drive adoption and engagement of the Offering
- Craft engaging stories on behalf of the Offering to support adoption and generate excitement about successfully delivered engagements
- Analyze data to determine where to focus efforts and push engagement to drive pipeline and target identification
- Create and tailor GTM messaging and value propositions for the Offering, driving growth and profitability via repeatability, Asset-led strategies, and solutioning and delivery innovation
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all GTM materials and platforms
- Support the Offering Manager and focus on progressing priorities in the backlog to actualize their vision
- Identify potential opportunities to capitalize on and accelerate deals
- Enable IBM Consultants to sell, solution, and deliver the Offering with consistency and profitability at the core
- 3+ years of relevant domain experience
- 3+ years of campaign design (including a proven track record of successful campaigns)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
- Exceptional data analysis abilities
- Proficiency with Congos, Tableau, and/or other analytics platforms
- Familiarity with Market and/or other mass-marketing tools
