Lead Consultant, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US:
- Work on shaping company C-Suite decisions with small-team project engagements to architect company-wide strategic direction.
- Engage with senior leaders across business units to identify and frame strategic issues, conduct fact-based analyses, and develop recommendations to achieve business impacts.
- Analyze complex strategic issues, formulate hypotheses, and test conclusions.
- Participate in the creation of strategies aimed at bringing change in a globally integrated enterprise.
- Develop and analyze use cases.
- Build forecast models for new markets, develop business projections, and conduct financial analysis and modeling.
- Identify and resolve issues given project objectives and independently generate solutions.
- Engage with business unit leaders to evaluate root causes, test hypotheses, and achieve business outcomes.
- Establish trusted relationships with internal client teams and interface with stakeholders across business units to gather information and gain diverse perspectives.
- Conduct research to determine the market and competitor insights. Identify issues, challenge status quo, and develop recommendations.
