Your role and responsibilities

As a Digital Technical Specialist aligned to Storage brands, you'll be a collaborative technical expert and trusted advisor working with and across your clients, IBM's broader sales teams, and Business Partners.  You'll understand clients' business and technical requirements within the current competitive landscape and, combining this with your knowledge of IBM's product suite, you'll present value-driving solutions that compel clients to invest in us.

  • Team's Storage Expert: Serving as the storage expert on your team.
  • Early Sales Support: Offering technical support in the early sales stages, including demos and workshops.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Collaborating with IBM sales teams and specialists.
  • Value Emphasis: Emphasizing the value of IBM products.
  • Digital Brand Building: Building a trusted personal brand across digital platforms.
Required education
Associate's Degree/College Diploma
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Effective Communication and Relationship-Building: Successful communication and relationship-building in enterprise and SMB environments.
  • Pre-sales Expertise: Experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or consulting, working with client subject matter experts to scope and demo solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills and a passion for Storage technologies.
  • Language Skills: English and Arabic
