In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As a Junior UX Designer, your main objective will be to design engaging, intuitive and accessible digital experiences, collaborating with product, technology and marketing teams. We're looking for someone who is curious, has an eye for detail, good communication skills and a desire to learn and grow with our team.
Main responsibilities
- Conducting research to understand users' needs, pains and context, turning insights into opportunities for improvement.
- Defining UX objectives, principles and metrics based on real data and feedback.
- Applying usability concepts and heuristics such as Hick's Law and Fitt's Law to optimize interactions.
- Developing information architecture, flows, wireframes and navigable prototypes for digital products and services.
- Participating in usability tests, analyzing results and proposing adjustments to improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with other designers, developers and product managers, contributing to the evolution of the Design System and the company's design culture.
- Adapt solutions taking into account different contexts of use, such as culture, environment and devices.
- Integrating technical, operational and functional constraints into design solutions, always with a focus on the user.
- Experience in UX/UI projects, with a portfolio demonstrating your work process.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Figma, Sketch or similar.
- Ability to create prototypes and participate in usability tests.
- Ability to communicate clearly, work as part of a team and be open to feedback.
- Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
