Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and long-term partnership development.
End-to-End Delivery Oversight: Lead all phases of project execution-from initiation and planning to delivery and closure-ensuring alignment with client goals and IBM standards.
Financial Governance: Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability with discipline, ensuring projects meet financial targets and contribute to account growth.
Risk & Compliance Management: Proactively identify risks and apply mitigation strategies using industry frameworks such as ITIL or PMI, ensuring delivery integrity and client confidence.
Strategic Alignment & Value Creation: Translate client business objectives into actionable delivery plans, ensuring every engagement drives measurable value and opens doors for future growth.
- Project/Program Management Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP, CMMI, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Management, demonstrating structured delivery expertise and commitment to industry best practices.
- Broad Technology Exposure: Experience working across a wide range of technology solutions, with the ability to understand and align technical capabilities to client needs and business outcomes.
