You will be in the AI Experience Strategy & Design team whose core purpose and capabilities are Business Strategy and Experience Design enabled by AI. We take on the biggest challenges facing businesses today and design the business models, operating models, workflows, new products and services, technical architecture and AI assets to power employee and customer experiences.
As an experienced Experience Consultant, you will use human-centered design to solve business challenges through a human lens. We build empathy with the people we are designing new technology, products and services for. We ensure we are meeting their needs, while delivering measurable business value. You will work alongside strategists and technologists who think AI-first.
In your role you will be responsible for:
· Business Case Development
o You will have experience in developing value frameworks and financial modelling for clients, understanding the financial and strategic opportunities within an organisation
o You will be confident in presenting business cases and justifying the business value, human value and complexity you have defined
· Operating Model Design
o You will have experience in working with clients to co-design new operating models for transformation which enable organisations to deliver human-centered, agile, and intelligent workflows
o You will be experienced in developing roadmaps to implement new operating models
o You will have knowledge of typical management systems, organisational structures, governance, delivery methods and tools which bring modern ways of working together in a framework for transformation
· Product Management
o You will be familiar with managing product or service backlogs though prioritisation frameworks which enable speed to value
o You will be able to build new products and services, starting with an MVP with a vision and roadmap for scale
· Intelligent Workflow Design
o Leverage methods such as IBM Enterprise Design Thinking and IBM Design for AI and Data
o Experience with service design methods to design new products and services for organisations, communicated through artefacts such as service design blueprints
o Experience with process mining tools to re-imagine intelligent, lean workflows
o You can design, run and develop insights from qualitive user research through observation and interview
o You will be adept at drawing and communicating insights from quantitative research
o Workshop Facilitation and Design
· Design for AI
o Leverage AI tools and models to augment/automate designer tasks listed above (e.g. using AI to synthesis findings, create report structures)
o Develop your own AI assistants to accelerate your work
o AI Generated artefacts (e.g. user journey and persona development)
o Root your methods and values in Ethical AI
The ideal candidate will have work experience or qualifications in the fields of business management, economics and design. You will be deeply curious about artificial intelligence and its evolving impact on the world. You will be a core team member, keen to collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team from business, technology and design who are aligned around a common goal.
