We are looking for a candidate :
- Who will be a Passionate advocate that actively promotes and educates the customers about IBM’s block storage technology solutions
- Build awareness, generate excitement, and drive adoption by delivering compelling content
- Showcasing the benefits of the storage technology through presentations and demonstrations
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for IBM’s storage capabilities to key customers in the Banking & Financial Market
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM's storage solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business. In this role, your achievements will drive your career, team, and clients to thrive. A typical day may involve:
- Managing clients and effectively communicating IBM's value.
- Engaging with customers to address their storage needs, answer technical questions, and identify opportunities for adoption.
- Collaborating with sales teams to provide product expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and address customer concerns during the sales cycle.
- Developing content like case studies and presentations to highlight the advantages of IBM block storage/Flashsystem storage solutions unique to financial markets
- A successful track record in storage tech sales, particularly in new client acquisition.
- Deep Storage Market Expertise : Minimum 8-10 years’ experience selling storage solution in DellEMC/Pure/Netapp/HP
- In-depth understanding of various storage technologies like SAN, NAS, cloud storage, data protection, and data management.
- Excellent presentation, writing, and public speaking abilities to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of current market trends, competitor landscape, and customer pain points related to storage solutions.
- Genuine enthusiasm for storage technology and the ability to communicate its value proposition convincingly.
- Storage Market Expertise: Storage market knowledge to be a trusted client advisor (training on IBM's Storage offerings is provided).
