- Be a trusted advisor to the customer and guide them through the journey
- Review and understand the customer as-is situation, pain points and specific needs/ requirements
- Provide best-in-class solutions and subject matter expert (SME) assistance
- Guide and implement strategy to transform customer business needs into a technically viable solution
- Implement solutions within defined architectural guardrails, principles and framework
- Work on Installation, Configurations and Customization of the solution
- Support validation and deployment (On-premise or Cloud or Hybrid)
