As an IBM Consulting Associate, you will work with the latest technologies and collaborate with team members to create real impact for our clients and the greater world. Within your role as an Associate Consultant in Oracle you will:
- Analyze business requirements and design customized Oracle packages to meet client needs
- Participate on a consulting project or initiative and experience first-hand how we help transform our clients business
- Collaborate with clients to understand their industry, challenges, and goals, and develop tailored solutions to achieve their objectives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement business solutions that drive business outcomes
- Focus on clients' technical and business needs to co-create solutions that add value
- Develop and maintain solution, project, and business process documentation related to the assignment/project
- Participate in knowledge sharing and collaborative efforts to improve the quality and consistency of package solutions
- Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work products while working under tight timelines and multiple priorities
- Take initiative and support proposals and projects forward to achieve success for IBM and clients
- Continuously learn and develop skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry and ERP space.
- Education: Strong academic background and Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Economics, or Business and Management and a passion for technology
