In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
IBM is looking for a Salesforce Analyst with relevant experience to analyze business requirements, configure the platform and support continuous improvement. The professional will be responsible for translating stakeholder needs into efficient Salesforce solutions, ensuring the quality of deliveries and alignment with market best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Analysis: Work directly with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, such as object customizations, workflows and reports.
- Functional Documentation: Prepare detailed documents, such as use cases, process flows and functional requirements, guiding the development team and ensuring that deliveries meet business expectations.
- Basic Configuration and Customization: Configuring the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud), creating and adjusting objects, custom fields, flows, reports and dashboards, according to business needs, without necessarily involving advanced programming.
- Testing and Validation: Assisting in the execution of tests to validate that implemented solutions meet requirements, including manual testing and collaboration with the QA team to ensure flawless deliveries.
- Support and Continuous Improvement: Provide post-implementation support, identify opportunities for improvement and optimize processes in Salesforce, enabling the team to make the most of the platform's functionalities.
- Relevant experience in analyzing requirements and configuring Salesforce (Sales Cloud).
- Ability to document processes and functional requirements.
- Knowledge of customizing objects, fields, flows, reports and dashboards.
- Experience in manual testing and collaboration with QA teams.
- Analytical skills, clear communication and proactivity.
- Basic knowledge of Omnscript, Data Raptor and VIP.
- Salesforce certification (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
